BAGUETTE
A traditional “pre-ferment” of flour, water and yeast (which develops flavor for 12-16 hours) gives my hand-shaped baguette it’s distinctive, delicious flavor. Perfect accompanying pasta, slicing with cheese, eating with dips and spreads or just tearing off a piece to munch on!
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, filtered water, yeast, salt.
