Ross’ Bread will sell and brew coffee exclusively from Durham, NC-based craft roaster Counter Culture Coffee, which partners directly with coffee farmers around the world to source small, hand-cultivated lots of heirloom variety coffees.  Partnering directly with Counter Culture on every aspect of the coffee program, the café and its Counter Culture-trained baristas, will offer a seasonal selection of single-origin coffees and traditional espresso drinks.  Espresso drinks will be made on a state-of-the-art La Marzocco Italian espresso machine and the café has installed a special water filtration system to ensure the quality of every cup.
