Using a small amount of honey is the secret of this sandwich loaf. The bread has just the slightest sense of sweetness, a nice balance to the strong flavor of the whole wheat flour.

Ingredients: Organic whole wheat flour, filtered water, organic wheat flour, dry baker’s milk, organic honey, canola oil, salt and yeast.
