PAIN AU FROMAGE

Does anyone not love cheese bread?  This is a strongly flavored bread, good with all sorts of soups and salads.  Decadent!

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, filtered water, sour starter [aka “levain”] (organic wheat flour, filtered water), provolone cheese, rye flour, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.
